Waterloo Preschool Speech and Language provides help for Region of Waterloo children from birth to senior kindergarten entry who have difficulty learning to communicate or to interact with others. This funded program, provided through KidsAbility as the lead agency, is free of charge to families.

Early Identification occurs when the first sign of a developmental concern is recognized at the critical stage at which an appropriate and timely response would optimize developmental outcomes.
