- The Journal of Excellence audience is the staff, Board and external stakeholders of KidsAbility, including funders, donors, the KidsAbility Foundation, community partners and the KidsAbility School Authority.
- The primary and secondary purpose(s) is ‘knowledge sharing’ and information exchange, to stay connected with our stakeholders and to inform staff, Board and community about the work of the KidsAbility Centre of Excellence.
- Often we are unaware of the progress of strategic initiatives outside of our immediate service area. A newsletter is a way of sharing a broader view of an organization so everyone is connected to a larger vision.
- The Journal of Excellence is a bi-monthly newsletter and staff are encouraged to contribute.
- The Centre of Excellence Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and distribution of the Journal of Excellence
