The Plasma Car Races were established 2 years ago to help support the Annual Kids Can’t Wait Radiothon. What a fun addition to this already amazing event! Plasma Cars are used at KidsAbility Centre for Child Development not only for therapy but for some plain old fun! Our kids love tearing around our halls on these super fun speed racers. So we thought, why can’t adults join in the fun?YOU CAN! If your organization, school, or company raises the minimum of $500 you are eligible to enter a 2-4 person team into the Plasma Car Races held at Conestoga Mall. Raise more then $500? You may be eligible for a second team in the race!!This year the race is scheduled for Thursday, May 3rd and will again kick off our Kids Can’t Wait Radiothon, where one day does make a difference. The event is full of fun, prizes, great memories, and is a fun way to support children and youth with special needs right here in your community. Please see Rules & Regulations for further details. Rules & Requirements:- Any workplace or school campaign that raises a minimum of $500 is automatically eligible to enter a 2-4 person team to compete in the KidsAbility Plasma Car Race. - Teams will compete in a relay-style race, this years race will include a challenging twist... - Registration is limited on a first-come, first-served basis due to space.As soon as your campaign has reached or exceeded $500 in donations raised, contact the Foundation Office to register your team. - Funds and waivers must be presented at the registration desk prior to the race. - Plasma cars will be provided and drivers are requested to bring their own helmet.
