KidsAbility Foundation serves to engage our community in making a difference for the thousands of children and youth with special needs who receive life-changing therapy and support services at KidsAbility.
Through our annual “Kids Can’t Wait” Campaign, over $1 million is raised annually through the generous widespread support from Individuals, Corporations, Foundations, Service Clubs and other groups. The needs of our clients and families are changing; that’s why donations from our community are supporting a wider range of services and supports including the following examples:
- Providing therapy services that help children to receive early and timely intervention and creating opportunities for them to develop to their potential;
- Developing more advanced knowledge and medical expertise to assess and support babies and toddlers with complex medical needs;
- Sharing knowledge about emerging client needs such as autism, and building a coordinated system of support within our community; and
- Helping parents to support one another and to better understand their child’s needs.
It is only through the generous support of our community that more children have access to the high-quality care and support services that they deserve and need to reach their potential at KidsAbility.
