31 March 2025

Kitchener, ON – On March 30, our Title Sponsor of the 2025 KidsAbility Plasma Car Races presented their generous contribution of $13,441.50! The annual networking event took place at 137 Catalyst in Kitchener on March 4, with over 100 employees participating from corporations across Waterloo Region and Guelph Wellington who raised a total of $112,490!

PEER Group has been an ongoing partner and steadfast supporter of KidsAbility for many years. An early adopter of the Race when it was first introduced in 2014, PEER Group’s CEO Mike Kropp deeply understands the importance of being a sustainable supporter of KidsAbility. It’s thanks to his belief in purposeful philanthropy that fuels essential programs and strengthens our work.

Not only did the PEER Group Plasmatix plasma car cross the finish line first at the event, the company is a proven winner with their contribution to title sponsorship and employee engagement in fundraising efforts!

Our sincere thanks to PEER Group for ‘driving’ change and continuing to believe, as we do, in making a local difference for kids.
