For full details including how to register for any of the following camps, please see the Program & Activity Guides.

Arts Express Camp - July 10–14

Come and enjoy a summer camp experience traveling around our beautiful Canadian countryside through music, art, drama and dance! This camp is run by Wilfrid Laurier University’s Music Therapy program in partnership with KidsAbility, Conestoga College’s ECE program, University of Waterloo, and Carousel Dance Centre.  This camp provides an inclusive arts experience for children with special needs, their siblings, and friends. The camp is hosted at KidsAbility’s Waterloo site with the final performance taking place at the Maureen Forrester Recital Hall at WLU on Friday afternoon for friends and family.

iCan Bike - July 17–21

This unique program helps children and youth with special needs to achieve an important life milestone: learning to ride a two-wheeled bike! Using special adapted bicycles, participants gain the skills and confidence they need to gradually transition to a regular bike. Sessions run for 75 minutes each day for a week. You do not need to be a current or past client of KidsAbility, but must be a child or youth with special needs who lives in Waterloo Region or Guelph-Wellington.
