1.0 FTE Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day integrity of the Centre’s financial accounting system and records. The Financial Analyst is responsible for period-end reconciliation and reporting procedures and assists with financial planning activities including cash management and financial analysis. The Financial Analyst contributes to the provision of an efficient and effective payroll service at KidsAbility. The Financial Analyst will function independently on direct duties and will work collaboratively as a member of the finance department and with all levels of the organization. The successful applicant is not satisfied with the status quo and look for ways to report better and more efficiently whenever they can. They are a team player who will contribute to the success of the department and the organization as a whole. This posting will close on June 8, 2023.

1.0 FTE Speech Language Pathologist

Early Years program supports children from birth to school entry. The goal of Speech-Language Pathology services at KidsAbility is to support early identification and intervention to enhance the communication skills of children in partnership with their families and community. KidsAbility provides assessment, treatment, consultation, and advocacy focused on communication issues, by providing family support, information, and access to additional community services as appropriate. 1.0 FTE Instructor Therapist - Caregiver-Mediated Early Years

KidsAbility is currently seeking an Instructor Therapist. The Instructor Therapist will be working directly with young children with Autism or other needs, delivering Ontario Autism Program (OAP) and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services individually and in group settings. The Instructor Therapist will be coaching families using the SCERTS model in the Caregiver-Mediated Early Years program, as well as supporting families in coaching and workshops within the Foundational Family Supports, among other duties. This posting will close on June 15, 2023.
