Speech Language Pathologist 

There is a 1.0 FTE position within the Speech Language-Pathology Discipline to support Augmentative Communication Services (ACS), assigned to multiple sites. The goal of Speech-Language Pathology services at KidsAbility is to support early identification and intervention in order to enhance the communication skills of children in partnership with their families and community. Contract Client Support Assistant

There is an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE for a Contract Client Support Assistant. The primary duties of the Client Support Assistant (CSA) are scheduling clinical time and booking client appointments. Their work directly impacts client flow which is pivotal to the quality of our service. They also work with CSA’s from other sites to assist with service pressures related to scheduling and are called upon from time to time to assist with Reception as required. The overall mandate of this position is to provide support to clients in their journey at KidsAbility, and to support administrative efficiencies for therapeutic staff wherever possible. Contract Communicative Disorders Assistant

There is an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE for a contract Communicative Disorders Assistant. The goal of School Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) CDA, under the direction of a Speech-Language Pathologist, enhances the communication skills of clients in partnership with their families, publicly funded schools and their community. This is achieved through prevention, education, consultation, early identification and management of communication disorders and contributing to the development of continuous quality improvement activities. Contract Physiotherapist

There is an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE within the Physiotherapy discipline supporting the Early Years and School Years programs across multiple sites. Currently this role is based out of our Cambridge site with support to other sites as required. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you work to enhance the physical skills and functioning level of clients in partnership with their families, and the community. Your role includes assessment, intervention, program development and consultation for a wide variety of children with neurological, musculoskeletal and developmental concerns.
