Let your child discover dance and movement at Arts Abound. Arts Abound is an art studio in St. Jacobs that offers classes in all forms of the arts, including dance, for kids of all abilities and all ages. Dance classes in a social environment, where individuals can learn and express at their own pace. Both inclusive and specialized programs are available.

Cheer Ability - Sand Sharks - Cambridge
A place for everyone, no experience necessary. Train with our cheer leading coaches and learn all about the sport of cheerleading including stunting, jumps, dance and tumbling. This co-ed team is open to athletes with disabilities who have strong gross motor skills. Accommodations made for athletes who use wheelchairs and walkers.

Carousel Dance Centre - Dance for EveryBODY - Waterloo
Come and experience the art of dance at The Carousel Dance Centre. Integrated and specialized dance programs are offered for children of all ages and abilities. The program focuses on adapted dance, creativity and social interaction in a fun and encouraging environment.

Dance Adventure Rhythm Experience offers an exciting weekly class filled with dance, movement and music. D.A.R.E. is a class that offers physical and social engagement for kids, youth and young adults across developmental and physical abilities.

Dream Seekers Special Needs Colour Guard - Kitchener
Canada's first special needs military colour guard that uses flags, rifles and ribbons to perform choreographed movements to upbeat music.

Move and Groove - Guelph
The Move and Groove class is designed for youth and adults with disabilities. Participants will get moving to the beat of the music, while exploring various exercises such as Zumba, Yoga, dance and much more!

Moveability - Guelph
This fun and physical adaptive dance class will allow your child to explore the fundamentals of dance and enjoy unique dance games that introduce a variety of dance styles such as Latin, cheer and country. Additionally, Moveability teaches basic terminology and footwork through ballet, jazz, hip hop and lyrical genres that are fully inclusive to any ability!
