Do you have a child who struggles with their sleep? This workshop will provide an introduction to all things sleep, including the benefits of quality sleep in children, things that may cause sleep disturbances, building good sleep hygiene and routines, and tips to deal with nighttime waking. Using research, case studies and examples from the group, facilitators hope to build your understanding as to why your child may be having issues with sleep and leave you with a few tips and tricks to try to improve bedtime for all!
