Thank you to everyone in our community who has supported KidsAbility Foundation through our community engagement events and initiatives. We are re-imagining new ways to partner with individuals and groups in our community as well as bring our KidsAbility events to you in a safe and engaging way during the current COVID-19 circumstances.

Grainharvest Breadhouse

Ongoing generous support since 2013 | Grainharvest - An artisan family-owned bakery located in Waterloo since 1989. From every tasty, fresh and hand-made pretzel purchased, 10 cents is donated to KidsAbility™ Over $50,000 raised to date! Thank you!


Rotary of Kitchener-Waterloo – Catch the Ace Lottery

Presenting Catch the Ace – Rotary of KW’s all new lottery beginning September 10 with a chance to win weekly draws and a progressive jackpot!

Proudly founded and supported by Rotarians since 1957, KidsAbility is grateful to be named a beneficiary of net proceeds, alongside St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation and Grand River Hospital Foundation.

The Neighbourhood Group of Companies

The Neighbourhood Group of Companies (Borealis Guelph and Kitchener, Mijida, Wooly Pub, Park Grocery) will be hosting an initiative to raise funds and awareness for KidsAbility until March 21, 2021. When you add a $10 donation to KidsAbility to your order, you will receive $10 towards your next visit to these restaurants. They have set a goal to raise $2,500

The Region of Waterloo, together with the Rotary Clubs of Kitchener Westmount and Kitchener, invite you to attend the 2021 State of the Region address - "Beyond COVID-19." With Chair Karen Redman.

8-8:30am - Networking with Regional Council
8:30-9:30am - State of the Region address and fireside chat 
Donations accepted from this event will support KidsAbility.

KidsAbility Foundation appreciates the generous support it continues to receive from the community to help children and youth with special needs. Community Fundraising Events and Activities organized by individuals and companies provide significant funding for core therapy services each year.

Hosting an event or activity in support of KidsAbility can be a great way to help make a difference for our children and youth, and a lot of fun in the process. Whatever your event or activity is, we are here to assist and have developed some Guidelines, Steps to Success, Top 20 Fundraising Ideas and more in our Community Fundraising Event and Activities Guidebook to help get you started!

Your support is appreciated and we look forward to assisting you to help make your event or activity a success. Once you have decided which type of event or activity you would like to host, it is important to complete a proposal form that can be found within the Community Fundraising Events and Activities Guidebook. For a Community Fundraising Event or Activity, please complete the Event Proposal and Terms & Conditions form. For a Cause-Related Marketing Event or Initiative, please complete the Cause-Related Marketing Proposal and License Agreement.
