Supporting independence, inclusion and belonging.
As children grow and mature into young adults, goals often begin to focus on the skills that youth need to live a life that is as independent as possible. At KidsAbility, we work with our youth to provide support, guidance and resources as they transition from KidsAbillity and into their next phase of life: adulthood.
Working with our youth to determine what their goals are, our therapists provide training and support to help our youth learn how to become strong advocates for themselves and navigate their journey on their own so they can participate as fully as possible in our community.
