Virtual appointments continue to be the primary way in which our teams are working with children and families. We know that virtual therapy does not work for everyone and our teams continue to identify clients on a priority basis for face-to-face appointments as required.
Only families, clients and contracted vendors and interpreters who have scheduled appointments, are healthy and meet all of our screening protocols are permitted into KidsAbility at this time. If you have a family member or someone in your household that either has a confirmed case of COVID or are awaiting results from a COVID test, you must remain at home until a negative test result is received. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we are happy to do that.
If you are coming to KidsAbility for a scheduled face-to-face appointment, you will be asked to complete a pre-screening before your child’s appointment and also when you arrive. To make this process as smooth and as quick as possible, please fill out the following sheet, sign it and bring it with you to your child’s appointment.
