Do you have feedback about your child’s care?

If you have a compliment, concern or other feedback about your experience at KidsAbility, we encourage you to speak to a member of your care team, complete the survey below or contact us by phone or email.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may bring your concern to the attention of the Therapist’s Supervisor.

Option 3:

If a resolution has not been found, you may wish to bring your concern to the Vice President of Client Services at 519-886-8886 ext. 1297.

Option 4:

If the situation has still not been resolved successfully, a meeting can be called to assist with problem-solving by contacting the Chief Executive Officer at 519-886-8886 ext. 1212.
